Etsy Listing Launch Pack: scope, delivery, changes, and refunds.
These terms apply only to the manual $49 Etsy Listing Launch Pack beta service.
What you receive
- One positioning and buyer-promise direction;
- three title options and up to 13 tag directions;
- description opening, FAQ, buyer notes, and five listing-image content prompts;
- price/bundle guidance plus a file-delivery checklist and practical risk flags.
What is not included
Artwork, design files, Etsy account access, listing upload, shop management, legal/tax advice, trademark or copyright clearance, and any promise of Etsy approval, rankings, traffic, sales, or income are excluded.
Payment, delivery, and revision
Requests are reviewed before payment is requested. Work begins after payment. Delivery is by email within 3 business days after payment. One written revision is included when requested within 5 calendar days after delivery; new products, extra listings, artwork, and strategic rewrites are new work.
Refunds
If we reject a request before payment, no payment is due. If we cannot begin the agreed work within the stated delivery window, a full refund is available. Once a client-specific draft has been delivered, refunds are not available merely because a buyer changes direction; use the included revision window first. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
