How we use listing-pack request information.
We ask only for information needed to decide whether the service fits and to deliver the work.
What we collect
Your name, email, product and buyer description, selected stage, any link you provide, and scope notes.
How we use it
We use the information to review your request, contact you about it, create a client-specific listing pack after payment, and provide the included revision. We do not sell request information.
Retention and safety
Order working files are kept in a private operations workspace for up to 30 days after delivery, then deleted unless needed for an active included revision or a legal obligation. Do not submit passwords, Etsy login details, payment-card data, private customer data, or any sensitive personal information.
